Termite Bait Stations

Foraging termites are drawn to these bait stations, feed on the bait, and carry it back to the colony. This bait is poisonous to the termites, but it is slow acting. Over time, this process eliminates the entire population, including the queen. Bait systems are ideal for long-term monitoring and prevention because they provide continuous protection year-round. They are also discreet, low-maintenance, and easy for technicians to inspect and service during routine visits.
What to Expect During a Termite Bait Station Installation
When your technician arrives, they’ll begin by reviewing your property layout and verifying that all diagrams and documentation are up to date. This ensures that every station is placed in the most effective location for full perimeter protection. Once everything is mapped out, the technician will mark the exact placement points for each bait station around your home.
After the planning and labeling are complete, the technician will begin drilling holes in the soil where each station will go. Liquid Termite Treatments

What to Expect During a Liquid Termite Treatment

This includes marking the perimeter, inspecting any crawl space piers that need trenching, and inspecting any concrete surfaces that will require drilling. Once the site is prepped, the technician will trench around the foundation and piers to expose the soil where the treatment will be applied. In areas covered by concrete, patios, porches, or basement walls, small holes are drilled to allow for the treatment to reach the dirt behind or under those surfaces.
The technician will then mix the treatment product to the exact specifications required for your property. The liquid is applied directly into the trench and injected deep into the soil, creating a continuous underground barrier that eliminates termites as they pass through it. All piers and drilled areas receive the same thorough application to ensure complete coverage.
Once the treatment process is complete, the technician will carefully backfill all trenches to seal the product underground and protect it from the elements.
