Chirping Noises

Are you hearing strange noises in the attic, in the walls? Bats make a chirping sound that helps them navigate. You may hear these sounds in the evening or before dawn.

Scratches

Have you heard scratching or scurrying in your walls? It could be a colony of bats in the attic. Like the chirping sounds they make look for these noises in evening or before dawn.

Bat Droppings or stains

You may find droppings near entry points to the attic, under windowsills, or on porches. Bats leave a greasy spot on the surface of any place they use for entry.

Strong Smell

Guano, or bat droppings, carries a strong, toxic odor similar to ammonia. If left to build up this can become harmful to humans and pets. This should be cleaned after an exclusion.

Through the use of nets, mesh, and one way bat cones we can remove bats without extermination. Remember, bats eat many pest insects like mosquitoes, flies, and gnats.

Bat Exclusions

Once bats have been removed we can seal up any entry points with metal screening, mesh or expanding foams. Some situations may require structural repair.

Bat Cleanup

Some situations may require physical cleanup of guano & contaminated insulation using a bio-disinfectant. This prevents threat from possible diseases like Histoplasmosis.
