The company does an excellent job with scheduling and any concerns. Dakota has serviced my home sonce I first began service and each time is thorough and informative. The fact that they will also come out and check the property if some bugs do penetrate the barrier(which rarely happens and even if it does the bugs are already dead when found). Based on my experience so far with Dakota and the company. It is extremely hard for any other pest control company to compete with the price or service offering.

I think we honestly lucked up hiring Walker Pest for our pest problems. We had a company that was coming out once every two months to treat around the house in the yard but we were continuously having problems. My wife called Walker and talked to a really nice person there that went over there different plans. We decided to do their outdoor service which includes the yard and the house. In the warm months they come out every month for mosquitoes while they do the house quarterly. They also take care of the fire ants and fleas in the yard. Good people, good service, and they called to check up on the service periodically to make sure there are no problems. I really like that they follow through to make sure everything is okay.

The technicians from Walker Pest Management have far exceeded my expectations. When we started using them we were having issues with American roaches coming from outside. Within a short time they took care of that problem and we have had no more issues. They continue to come out on a quarterly basis to maintain a perimeter around our house. No more ants no more cockroaches we've had enough of them all. They even knocked down yellow jacket nests and spider webs when they come out. They have made scheduling easy when it's time for a service they text me with some available dates and times then let me choose. This works out great since I'm very busy with kids and work from home. The technicians that have come to the house are always respectful, courteous, and professional. They get their work done, they always let me know what they're doing and why. We have only had to have them back between regular services once and that was to take care of some yellow jackets that built a nest by the front door. they don't even charge extra for this this is part of the regular service.
