I called around to a few different pest control companies to get quotes for treating our home since we've seen increased activity from colder weather. Wife was not happy after multiple days seeing large palmetto bugs in our den. We tend to see these as the weather gets colder but this year has been more than normal. We decided to do the maintenance plan instead of a one-time treatment. The technician came out two weeks ago and did the initial treatment then scheduled a follow-up that didn't cost us anything extra when he came out yesterday. He was very thorough on both trips and we believe the situation is already much better. We've only seen a couple of palmetto bugs since the initial trip and both were on their backs dead or dying. So far so good we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the same situation.

We have been very happy so far with the service and communication we have received from Walker pest. They have exceeded our expectations of what a pest control company does. They're very careful when entering the home to wear a mask as well as protective gear on their boots. We just had our initial service done and I couldn't be more impressed. The young man the came to our home was wearing a mask and was very careful when treating our home. He even wore boot covers. So far we are very happy with our experience getting set up and first service. We signed up for the yearly plan where they come out every few months. I really like that they are on call in case we have a problem with anything between the regular services. Our technician's name was Wade. He was extremely nice.

I am extremely grateful to everyone at Walker. You expect the people on the phones to be nice since they are generally selling you something. To my surprise everyone I have dealt with has been amazing. The initial call I just wanted some information and wasn't ready to purchase yet. The young man didn't pressure me at all. He just asked me the questions he needed to to give me the information I needed. When I called back a couple days later I got a lady on the phone and she was just as helpful. I decided to go with their quarterly service to keep pests out year round. I'm so glad I did because last year we had a problem with mice. This year we have had no problems with mice and they got rid of the ants that I was initially calling about. On top of all this the technician is great. Wade was so nice and explaining everything he was going to do as well as what the plan would be going forward. I don't like to have a lot of stuff done in the house so he tries to keep everything either under the house or outside the house. Only when he has to does he come inside. When he does he wears a mask and he covers his boots. That is important to me because I've had other service providers come in the house and scratch my floors up. That does not make me happy. Thanks to everyone at Walker Pest Management we really do appreciate everything.
