our services

Termite House Tenting
Fumigation service for the treatment of dry wood termites. Our professionals will place a tent over your residential structure and use fumigant to fill the tent. The termites breathe the fumigant which depletes them of oxygen and they die.

Stored Product Fumigation
Fumigants are used in a gas-proof enclosure that can contain the gas long enough to kill all stages of stored product pests that have contaminated the product.

Container Fumigation
Treatment of a container goods that are either being imported or exported to prevent transporting exotic quarantine pests in or out of the country.
Residential Tent Fumigation
Fumigation tenting is used in cases of severe or inaccessible termite infestations. Termites can live within beams inside walls, ceilings, and under floorboards. Fumigation works because the gas/fumigant penetrates all areas of the home including inside wood members that normal methods may not reach.
Treatment Details:
- Price can be higher than in normal treatment methods.
- Fumigation is not a prevention method. No guarantee against future infestations.
- The property must be vacated.
- All flames must be extinguished. This includes pilot lights in stoves, heaters, etc.
- All rooms must be tested by the pest professional to make sure they have been properly aerated before opening the home back up.
How long does fumigation tenting take?
Several different factors go into determining how long this process will take. Typical residential fumigation should take approximately 2 day and 1 night.
Residential pests we treat with fumigation tenting:
- Dry Wood Termites
- Formosan Termite
- Bed bugs
- Powder Post Beetles
Stored Product Pest Fumigation
Stored product pest infestations can be very costly. The contamination of raw materials and products can lead to massive losses. Losses that may occur include cost of actual product lost, the cost of treatment, downtime of equipment or production lines, loss of customer trust, FDA recall, brand damage, and even litigation.
Some of the most common pests that require fumigation include:
- Indian meal moth
- Drugstore beetle
- Red flour beetle
- Rice weevil
- Confused flour beetle
- Saw-toothed grain beetle
- Lesser grain borer
- Drugstore beetle
We use containers to fumigate products that have been compromised by stored pests. This use of fumigants kills all life stages of stored product pests.
Container Fumigation
Container fumigation is used for the control of beetles (see the list in the above section) and other exotic pests. It is essential for companies to prevent these pests from being brought into or taken out of the country when importing or exporting their products.
Some of the most common products that are treated by container fumigation:
- Lumber
- Coffee
- Rice
- Flour
- Dried Foods
Organic Fumigation
For organically labeled products we do offer Organic Fumigation Services using CO2. By treating with CO2 you can cut the time of treatment by weeks over freezing methods. Carbon Dioxide gas is pumped into a sealed container, dramatically lowering the oxygen percentage thus killing the pests clean and safe.
